1. Scope and governing law
These terms apply to all quotes, agreements and services of LNL Media, unless agreed otherwise in writing. All agreements are governed by the laws of Hong Kong (SAR). Disputes will be submitted to the competent courts of Hong Kong (SAR).
2. Services
LNL Media provides marketing services such as paid advertising, static ads and AI UGC. The exact scope is agreed in writing per engagement.
3. Payment
Payment terms and rates are agreed in writing in advance. Invoices must be paid within the term stated on the invoice.
4. Liability
LNL Media is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our liability is limited to the amount the client paid for the services in the relevant year.
